Johannesburg - South African football agent, Tim Sukazi, has confirmed that he is suing Orlando Pirates striker, Lehlohonolo Majoro, with regards to his alleged breach of contract.
The Soccer-Laduma website reports, The 28-year-old scored an impressive brace for the Buccaneers this weekend as they beat Bidvest Wits but may soon have to attend a court appearance regarding the claim that has been filed against him.
Sukazi revealed back in January that he would be taking legal action against the forward following a collapsed move from Kaizer Chiefs to SuperSport United, claiming that ‘Major’ made the switch to Pirates without him knowing, despite having a contract with his agency, QT Sports.
The agent has now confirmed that the striker had already been served with his papers confirming that he was being sued but said that that was all he would say for now.
Some reports have stated an amount of R1.8 million that the forward is being sued for but it remains to be seen what the final judgment will be.
