According to Orlando Pirates' official website, Meyiwa says he wants to emulate his display against TP Mazembe earlier this year.
Meyiwa, who was heroic against Mazembe in the DRC to help Pirates into this phase of the competition, says he expects Leopards to offer Pirates a similar test.
"I do not think the style of play of Leopards differs a lot from
Mazembe," said Meyiwa.
"I expect them to run at us and keep the ball on
the ground.
"We haven’t played them before but we have been studying them from the videos we received.
"They are two different teams but they probably play the same way; so I personally feel ready to put up a brave show again."I think I am enjoying the best times of my life as a goalkeeper – let us hope all goes well for us as we prepare for them," Meyiwa said.
Meyiwa, who is now firmly Pirates number one after the departure of Moeneeb Josephs to Wits, is eyeing yet another sterling performance.
"The game against TP Mazembe has gone a long way to build my confidence," he added.
"It’s not easy being a goalkeeper…you need to have a lot of character to be able to make it in a big team like Orlando Pirates.
"The match against Mazembe is one of those games that has left a positive mark in my life, I look forward to building on that performance on Saturday"
