Man City fined €30 000

London -  Manchester City have been fined €30 000 by UEFA for returning to the field late for the second half of a Europa League match against Sporting Lisbon.

City returned to the field about a minute late in Lisbon for the first leg of the last 16 in March.

It is more than the €20 000 FC Porto were fined after their fans aimed racist abuse at Manchester City players during a Europa League match in February.

City cannot appeal against the fine.
