Khumalo heading to Greece?

Cape Town - Bafana Bafana defender Bongani Khumalo could be playing his football in Greece next season.

The former SuperSport United captain has endured a frustrating time since leaving Tshwane last year for England, where he signed with London club Tottenham Hotspur in January 2011 for a fee of £1.5 million.

According to the KickOff website, there was talk of a possible return to South Africa, but it now seems Khumalo could find himself in Greece next season, with PAOK Thessaloniki the likely destination.

Khumalo, 25, was born in Manzini, Swaziland and has played 24 matches for Bafana Bafana, scoring a single goal against France in the 2012 Soccer World Cup.
