Cape Town - AS Monaco wonder-kid Kylian Mbappe says he is not concerned about recent media attention linking him with a move to the English Premier League.

Mbappe's exploits this season, which included a sensational display in the last-16 round of UEFA Champions League to knock out Manchester City in a 6-6 aggregate with the away goals rule - shot the teenage forward into European superstardom.

And after his brace on Sunday, in the 3-0 win over Caen, the 18-year-old took his goal tally up to 19 for the season.

Manchester United and Arsenal have now been reported to be interested in his services, while Gunners boss Arsene Wenger recently admitted he tried to sign the newly-called-up France international.

Nonetheless, the Monaco youth product says he is solely focused on his current club and not the transfer speculation surrounding his future.

"I do not look at what the English press say. I remain very calm around this attention I get," he told the Daily Mail. "I get up in the morning and I go to practice [train] like everyone else.

"I try to work to improve myself every day and I try to do on the pitch what I do in training," he added. "For now, it works well."
