Reus and PUMA team up for special boots

Cape Town - PUMA and Marco Reus have teamed up to produce a limited edition of evoSPEED 1.3 MR boots.

PUMA and Reus used the Borussia Dortmund star's personal inspiration as their key philosophy when designing the boots.

Reus discussed “hope” and it's impact on children around the world. The resulting Tricks execution features two hands formed by words such as Hope and Believe in both English and German.

The boots colours were chosen as they represent the colours of his current club Bundesliga giants, Borussia Dortmund.

Proceeds from the sales of this product will support Reus’ charity of choice, which supports patients at the Children’s Hospital in Dortmund, who have leukaemia and cancerous tumours.

Marco Reus' limited edition evoSPEED 1.3 MR boots:

10 pairs of Marco Reus' limited edition evoSPEED 1.3 MR boots will be on sale from Tuesday, from retailing at R3999, and available from Rashid Cassim Sports today.
