London - English Premiership sides will be on the look out for any potential "giant-killers" as they top 20 sides enter the competition in the third round of the prestigious knockout competition.

The second round ties will be played from December 5-8.

Scunthorpe v Worcester

Colchester v Peterborough

Wycombe v AFC Wimbledon

Accrington v Yeovil

Hartlepool v Blyth Spartans

Milton Keynes Dons v Chesterfield

Southport v Eastleigh

Gateshead v Warrington

Oldham v Doncaster Rovers

Havant and Waterloovile or Preston North End v Shrewsbury

Barnsley v Chester

Bradford City v Dartford

Sheffield United v Plymouth Argyle
