One of the greatest midfielders of all time has left Barcelona. Andrés Iniesta ended his Barca career in style on Sunday night with a 1-0 win over Real Sociedad.
The Spanish star was with the club for a whopping 22 years, walking off teary to a standing ovation from the Camp Nou crowd.
The 34-year-old was party to an extravagant post-match ceremony – his farewell and Barca winning the La Liga and Copa del Rey cups.
And for a final touch, his loving teammates all returned to the pitch wearing shirts bearing the legend’s name.
