Zlatan's agent: No Napoli move

Cape Town - The agent of Zlatan Ibrahimovic has denied recent media reports linking his client with a potential return to the Italian Serie A.

Ibrahimovic has impressed in his debut campaign in the English Premier League at the ripe age of the 35, scoring 26 goals and registering nine assists in 41 games for Manchester United.

The Swede was an integral part of the Red Devils EFL Cup triumph earlier last month, while also helping the English giants to the quarter-finals of the Europa League where they will meet Belgian side Anderlecht.

Despite the impressive showing with Jose Mourinho's side, there's been rumours linking the former AC Milan striker with a transfer to Napoli - which his agent Mino Raiola has now quashed.

"Ibra to Napoli? Forget it," Raiola told Italian radio station Kiss Kiss. "Zlatan won't be in Naples [next season]. This dream won't come true."

Having played for AC, Internazionale and Juventus, Ibrahimovic has a incredible record of 122 goals in 219 games in the Italian top-flight.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
