Cape Town - Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic says Seamus Coleman would have left the field unconscious if he had kicked him deliberately on Sunday.
The Swedish striker ended up in a heap in top of Coleman following a challenge on the Everton defender but insisted it was an accident after he being accused of foul play in the 1-1 draw at Goodison Park.
Ibrahimovic had opened the scoring with a lobbed effort at the end of the first half before Leighton Baines netted a late equaliser from the penalty spot.
After the game, Ibrahimovic told MUTV: "It was a physical game. They played hard.
"I heard one of the commentators say I kicked someone in the head on purpose, but it was a 50-50 duel and he pulled me down.
"Trust me, if I want to kick someone in the head, I know how to kick someone in the head and make him fall asleep. That is the only thing I have to say."
Reflecting on his goal, the striker added: "I got a fantastic ball from (Anthony) Martial, and I saw the goalkeeper coming out, so I tried to time it right.
"I scored today but it only gave us one point. I would prefer to win and not to score, that is my way of thinking."
