Cape Town - One of Arsenal's latest recruits, Granit Xhaka, has revealed it is the way some of the Gunners players pass the football that makes them world class.

Xhaka, along with striker Lucas Perez and defender Shkodran Mustafi, was one of Arsene Wenger's three major signings in the hopes of challenging for a Premier League title they last won in 2004.

The Switzerland international showed promising signs of a good understanding developing between himself and Santi Cazorla during Arsenal's recent 3-1 win over Watford.

Nonetheless, the 23-year-old believes he has joined a side packed with world-class talent and has plenty of work to do to prove he belongs in such elite company.

He told Appenzeller Zeitung, "I have to admit that in the first few days there was an undeniable nervousness. You can see the players are world class just by the way they pass the ball. Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez and Cazorla for example, are huge personalities.

"Even though the club has spent more money on me, there's still a great deal I can learn from them, in every respect. I knew before I arrived that the pressure at a club that challenges for the title grows quickly."
