WATCH | Carragher uses virtual reality to defend against Mahrez

Cape Town – Former Liverpool centre-back turned football pundit Jamie Carragher attempts to defend Manchester City star midfielder Riyad Mahrez's goal against Chelsea through virtual reality.

Chelsea travelled to the Citizens over the past weekend for a grueling Premier League encounter - a win for either side would solidify their third spot on the log standings.

However, City held their nerve and beat Frank Lampard's charges 2-1 after N'Golo Kante gave the visitors a surprise lead.

But two goals in quick succession, courtesy of Kevin de Bruyne and Mahrez, gave the champions a much-needed push up the table.
