Tipsters: ‘Pool to take down Man City!

Cape Town - The one point of mass agreement is that it won’t be another seven-goal thriller, like last season’s corresponding Anfield tussle when Liverpool came through 4-3.

But the majority of the Sport24 gurus lean toward the Reds pipping champions Manchester City in Sunday evening’s top-of-table English Premiership corker.

There are four takers for Jurgen Klopp to be beaming afterwards, two for a stalemate and just one fancier of City snatching the spoils away.

Compiled by Rob Houwing (Newcastle-partial), the other prediction gurus are Garrin Lambley (Everton, and defending champion), Lloyd Burnard, Tashreeq Vardien, Baden Gillion and Lynn Butler (all Man Utd) plus Craig Taylor (Liverpool).

Three points are awarded to the tipsters for an entirely correct score-line, and one for right result.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
