Tipsters: More blues for Mourinho

Cape Town – The axe may only sharpen on Saturday in terms of Jose Mourinho’s future as Manchester United boss.

That is the expectation of the Sport24 English Premiership tipsters, most of whom suspect the club he once steered so successfully, Chelsea, will take maximum points from the big lunchtime clash at Stamford Bridge.

Alvaro Morata netted the only goal when the Blues won the corresponding clash 1-0 in 2017/18, and they are currently riding seven points superior to the mid-table Red Devils in the latest campaign, so perhaps the sentiment is no real surprise?

Compiled by Rob Houwing (Newcastle-partial), the other prediction gurus are Garrin Lambley (Everton, and defending champion), Lloyd Burnard, Tashreeq Vardien, Baden Gillion and Lynn Butler (all Man Utd) plus Craig Taylor (Liverpool).

Three points are awarded to the tipsters for an entirely correct score-line, and one for right result.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
