Tipsters: Liverpool to cash in!

Cape Town – Second-placed Liverpool will take advantage of Manchester City’s absence from a skinny English Premiership programme this weekend to grab back the log lead.

So say all of the Sport24 forecasters, who didn’t find it difficult deciding that the Reds would whip hapless, relegation-zone Fulham in London on Sunday.

Compiled by Rob Houwing (Newcastle-partial), the other Premiership prediction panellists are Garrin Lambley (Everton, and defending champion), Lloyd Burnard, Tashreeq Vardien, Baden Gillion and Lynn Butler (all Man Utd) plus Craig Taylor (Liverpool).

Have a go yourself: three points are awarded to the forecasters for an entirely correct score-line, and one for right result.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
