Tipsters: Little ‘devil’ in Man Utd?

English Premiership flutter (File)

Cape Town – It remains a “glamour fixture” in the English Premiership on paper but Manchester United v Arsenal on Monday night already features two sides rather off the title-chasing pace.

The Red Devils, especially, are under pressure after the depressing loss at West Ham and being 10 points behind leaders Liverpool: they could do with a win … but our panel offer all results against the Gunners.

The pair shared the spoils 2-2 in last season’s game at Old Trafford, United having to come from behind twice.

Each round of the 2019/20 campaign, a group of our staff has a crack at predicting the results – do the exercise yourself, if you like, and see how you compare afterwards.

Compiled by Rob Houwing (Newcastle-partial), the others are Garrin Lambley (Everton, and defending champion), Lloyd Burnard, Tashreeq Vardien, Baden Gillion and Lynn Butler (all Man Utd) plus Craig Taylor (Liverpool).

Three points are awarded for an entirely correct score-line, and one for right result.
