Tipsters: Jose to undo his old club!

Cape Town - There’s been some turbulence in the Manchester United camp but Jose Mourinho will nevertheless put one over his once-beloved Chelsea by engineering a home victory in Sunday’s appealing Premiership clash at Old Trafford.

That is the majority view of the Sport24 tipsters as the second-placed Red Devils entertain the fourth-lying Blues.

If so, it would emulate last season’s snaring of all three points in the fixture by United, when goals from Messrs Rashford and Herrera secured a 2-0 outcome.

Each round of the 2017/18 Premiership campaign, a group of our staff has a crack at predicting the results – do the exercise yourself, if you like, and see how you compare afterwards.

Compiled by Rob Houwing (Newcastle-partial), the others are Garrin Lambley (Everton), Lloyd Burnard, Tashreeq Vardien, Baden Gillion and Lynn Butler (all Man Utd) plus Craig Taylor (Liverpool).

Three points are awarded for an entirely correct scoreline, and one for right result.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
