Tipsters: Blues to take London derby!

Cape Town – It is far from clear-cut … but the Sport24 forecasters lean toward fourth-placed Chelsea downing London rivals Arsenal, one berth below them, in Saturday’s English Premiership “game of the weekend” for attractiveness on paper.

Three of the seven see the Blues crossing town to plunder all three points, a further three take the more conservative route of a draw, and just one dissident tipster backs the Gunners to gobble the spoils.

Both of last season’s tussles were split: 2-2 at the Emirates Stadium and 0-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Compiled by Rob Houwing (Newcastle-partial), the other Premiership prediction gurus are Garrin Lambley (Everton, and defending champion), Lloyd Burnard, Tashreeq Vardien, Baden Gillion and Lynn Butler (all Man Utd) plus Craig Taylor (Liverpool).

Have a go yourself: three points are awarded to the forecasters for an entirely correct score-line, and one for right result.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
