Cape Town - Swansea City manager Francesco Guidolin is keen to bring FC Twente attacking midfielder Hakim Ziyech to the English Premier League.
Recent reports in Italian publication Calcio Mercato claim that Guidolin is close to completing his first signing of the off-season, but Middlesbrough have also been strongly linked with the Morocco international.
Ziyech performed way beyond expectations in the Twente side that was in constant state of turmoil due to off-the-field issues but is now set to leave after their confirmed expulsion from the Eredivisie.
Galatasaray, Sampdoria and Hertha Berlin have also been linked with the 23-year-old in recent weeks, although it is likely he will agree a deal with the Swans imminently.
Ziyech impressed for the struggling Tukkers last season, scoring 17 goals and contributing 12 assists in 33 league appearance.
