Swansea clean bill of health for Norwich test

Cape Town - Swansea City will be looking to climb away from the relegation zone by pushing Norwich City further into it when they meet at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.

The Swans enter the game on the back of their 2-1 come-from-behind victory over Arsenal on Wednesday, which was their first win in four matches and was preceded by back-to-back defeats.

The Welsh side remain just six points above the drop zone, and will be hoping to use that win against the Gunners as a springboard for some better form.

The Canaries have now lost seven of their last eight Premier League matches, meaning that they have picked up just one point since January 2.

Norwich's latest defeat, an unfortunate 2-1 loss to Chelsea, saw them slide into the relegation places despite putting in a plucky performance against the Blues.

They did, however, beat the Swans 1-0 earlier in the season, but will find it hard to repeat the feat in Wales.

Swansea have no injury concerns heading into the match.

For Norwich, Alex Tettey will be unavailable, after injuring his ankle ligaments, as will Andre Wisdom (knee), but Gary O'Neil (head injury), Robbie Brady (facial injury) and Sebastien Bassong are all expected to shake off their respective niggles in time.
