Stoke drop into bottom 3 after Bournemouth loss

Stoke - Stoke have been sucked into the English Premier League relegation zone after two goals within 133 seconds saw them lose to fellow strugglers Bournemouth 2-1 on Saturday.

Bournemouth have lost each of their four away fixtures this season, but Andrew Surman's opener was swiftly followed by a Junior Stanislas penalty, awarded after Ryan Shawcross tripped Benik Afobe.

Stoke pulled one back in the second period through Mame Diouf, but could not find the equaliser and dropped into the bottom three following a run of one win from eight games in all competitions.

Bournemouth moved to within a point of Stoke and three other sides, who also have eight points, but have better goal differences than Stoke's.
