Silva aiming to add four players to Watford squad

Cape Town - Watford manager Marco Silva has revealed that he is aiming to sign at least four more players as he rebuilds his squad for Premier League survival.

The Hornets have so far brought in midfielders Tom Cleverley, Will Hughes, and Nathaniel Chalobah, right-back Kiko Femenia, and goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann.

However, Silva is eager to further strengthen the side after they finished down in 17th place last season, only six points above the relegation zone.

"Everybody knows my opinion. Gino and the board know what we need to complete our roster," Silva told a news conference, according to Sky Sports.

"We have targets in our mind. The market is not easy but we will keep working to improve the situation.

"It's better for everyone if we have 95 per cent of our roster complete, that's better for the coach. We need to do four, five, six moves in the market."
