Cape Town - Harry Maguire claims Leicester City have become a force under Brendan Rodgers, which suggests he may stay put this summer.
The 26-year-old central defender has again been tipped to depart the Foxes in this transfer window with Manchester United believed to be plotting a swoop having missed out on his signature 12 months ago.
And, while Maguire said earlier in the week that his only focus at the moment is to help Gareth Southgate’s England squad achieve success in the upcoming Nations League Finals, he did hint that his future remains at King Power Stadium after the arrival of Rodgers.
Maguire, who penned a five-year deal at the club last September, said: "Leicester’s an exciting club to be at – Brendan has really improved the team in recent months.
"I’m sure he’ll take the club forward.
"After a good pre-season, I’m sure he’s the man that can help us break into those European spaces."
