Cape Town - Real Madrid have reportedly made Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba their number one target for the 2020/21 season.
Los Blancos were heavily linked with a move for the Frenchman throughout the off-season, while the player himself has suggested on more than one occasion he would be keen on swapping Old Trafford for the Bernabeu.
United managed to keep hold of the World Cup winner as Real were unable to meet their valuation following a heavy summer of spending.
However, with a fresh transfer budget in the summer of 2020, it has been suggested that Pogba will be Real's number one target, when they hope to finally land their man.
It is also widely believed that United told Pogba he will get his wish of a move to Real Madrid next year if he gives the club one more season.
Pogba has again angered United fans by liking a post on Instagram that suggested he should move to Real, and many would like to see the back of him.
