Cape Town - Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba 'regrets' his decision not to force a move away from Old Trafford in the off-season, according to reports.
The 26-year-old has been the subject of intense speculation over the summer, with his openness about a desire for a new challenge elsewhere compounded by comments from his agent Mino Raiola.
But unlike Romelu Lukaku, Pogba knuckled down during pre-season - despite interest from Real Madrid - and has provided two assists in United's first three Premier League matches.
However, a report in Spanish publication AS claims Pogba now 'regrets' his decision to keep quiet this summer and wishes he had forced a move.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane 'still hopes that Madrid will make a final effort for Pogba in the remaining four days of the market' despite the newspaper acknowledging only a 'miracle' could make a deal happen now.
The report adds that Pogba even feels 'isolated' in the United dressing room following the departure of Lukaku to Inter Milan and 'has been losing support' of his team-mates.
