Manchester United are reportedly still interested in signing Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez in the off-season.
United are looking for a frontman to help transform their attack and Argentina sensation Martinez is at the top of their list.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer knows that a deal for the 16-goal striker will be costly and difficult.
ESPN says that the player's preference is to sign for Barcelona, with Paris Saint-Germain also apparently in the hunt as they look to replace the outgoing Edinson Cavani.
United though remain in the hunt for the 22-year-old, although they accept that they may have to wait for Barca to pass on the frontman before they can make a concerted attempt to land the Bahia Blanca-born attacker.
Barca though will not pay the player's €111 million buyout clause and will attempt to lure Inter by offering Arturo Vidal and Nelson Semedo.
