Cape Town - Leicester City centre-back Harry Maguire says he is not considering a move away from the Foxes but admits he wants to compete in the UEFA Champions League.
Maguire's performances for Leicester last season helped him break into the England squad for the 2018 World Cup and he is determined to do well for his club again this term to show his gratitude.
However, the 25-year-old describes himself as an ambitious player who wants to play against the best teams in Europe. Unless Leicester finish in the top four, it seems likely that Maguire will move on at the end of the season.
"I'm an ambitious player," he told The Premier League Show.
"If you're not an ambitious footballer, you're in the wrong game really.
"Everyone wants to play at the top level, everyone wants to play in the biggest tournaments in the world, so obviously the Champions League is one."
"I want to concentrate fully on Leicester this year. See where it takes the club and see where we go from there," he added.
"The platform they gave me to go and play at a World Cup is something I'll never forget, so it's a big part of me wanting to show something back."
