Liverpool's Mane vows to work even harder

Cape Town - Liverpool forward Sadio Mane is hoping to build on a strong 2018/19 and wants to improve further next season.

Despite his impressive performances, Mane believes he still has room for improvement and wants to kick on with the European champions next term.

Mane told Liverpool's official website: "To be honest, I think I improved a lot in my finishing.

"It was positive because I can say I improved every season, which is important in my development.

"I will try to work harder and harder to get better and better."

The 27-year-old has also praised the club's fans for their support last term and feels they were crucial in helping the players to achieve their goals.

"They played a big part in the season," continued the No.10.

"(There were) very difficult games at home and they were always here.

"Keep on going because we need you! It's very important.

"It makes the club special and it’s really important."
