Klopp: Too early to be 'satisfied with anything'

Cape Town - Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp isn’t taking anything for granted despite his side’s strong start to the season.

The Reds currently sit in fourth place on the Premier League standings and have beaten a number of high-profile teams, including reigning Premier League champions Leicester City, Arsenal and Chelsea.

Despite having scored 16 times in their first six games of the 2016/17 campaign, Klopp still feels there is room for improvement.

"It's obvious we have to improve," Klopp said. "We can analyse a lot of things we can do better. We have got results but we cannot stop thinking, and there is a lot of things to do for us.

"That's the attitude we have created together. It's much too early in the season to be satisfied with anything. We have to be ready for the next opponents."

Liverpool will travel to Swansea on Saturday, but will be without the services of striker Divock Origi as he suffered a minor foot injury while training this week.

Nonetheless, Klopp is confident that his side will come out on top at Liberty Stadium.

"It's a normal training week, with a couple of things here and there," Klopp said. "Maybe Divock. He got a little knock on his foot where we had to do a little assessment.

"It's nothing major but it might be too short a period before the game."
