Cape Town - Tottenham Hotspur continue to show an interest in Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, who is pushing to leave the San Siro in the summer.
The Croatian international submitted a transfer request during the January transfer window, but despite plenty of speculation, no offers were forthcoming, and he ended up staying with the Nerazzurri.
However, there is fresh speculation suggesting a move could be on the cards in the close season, with reports in Italy claiming that Spurs are lining up a deal.
Mauricio Pochettino is keen to bolster his attack, and the vastly experienced winger, would be an excellent addition to the Spurs ranks, if a move can be agreed between the two parties.
Perisic is under contract with Inter until the summer of 2022, so the Italians are in a strong position when it comes to holding out for the transfer fee they require.
Inter are holding out for €35 million euros, while the reports claim that Tottenham are willing to go that high, so some negotiating will need to be done if a deal is to happen.
