Gunners: point only at Old Trafford?

Cape Town - Title-chasing Arsenal may have an understandable “hangover” against fierce foes Manchester United this weekend after playing so spiritedly at home to Barcelona in midweek ... yet with cruelly no reward at all.

Perhaps for that reason, most of our Premiership forecasters predict no more than a draw for them at Old Trafford, where no favours will be handed out willy-nilly to the Gunners.

Each round of the 2015/16 Premiership campaign, a panel of our staff has a crack at predicting the results – do the exercise yourself, if you like, and see how you compare afterwards.

Compiled by Rob Houwing (Newcastle-partial), the others are Garrin Lambley (Everton), Herman Mostert (Chelsea), and a trio of Manchester United devotees in Tashreeq Vardien, Lloyd Burnard and Maano Nekhavhambe.

Three points are awarded for an entirely correct scoreline, and one for right result.
