Gunners interested in Dortmund winger

Cape Town - Arsenal are reported to have joined the race to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jacob Bruun Larsen this summer.

The pacey forward is on the radar of a host of clubs following an impressive breakthrough season for Dortmund in the Bundesliga, and his form caught the eye of the Gunners.

The Denmark international scored three goals and provided a further three assists in 30 appearances for BVB, and although they are not ground-breaking figures, he is still a wanted man.

The 20-year-old would also fit into the Gunners price range, as it is claimed a fee in the region of £15million would be enough to strike a deal with the German outfit.

However Arsenal would face strong competition as both Manchester United and Liverpool are in the hunt, with reports claiming the former are in the box seat to do a deal.

Talks with United are already said to have started so Arsenal will have to move quickly if they are to have any chance of striking a deal.
