Cape Town - Chelsea forward Olivier Giroud is not worried about losing Eden Hazard as well as the club not having a manager at the helm at present.
The Blues have endured a tricky summer so far having seen star man Hazard finally leave the club for Real Madrid last month.
Then, manager Maurizio Sarri left to join Juventus and they have not named a replacement yet – although former club legend and Derby boss Frank Lampard is expected to take over.
Chelsea also have a transfer ban in place relating to deals regarding youth players from abroad, meaning Mateo Kovacic - who was already registered with the club – has been the only summer signing.
Despite the obvious problems, Giroud is confident Chelsea have enough to still achieve next season.
"I feel good at Chelsea.
"A new coach will arrive, the timers reset. We lost our best player, but I do not worry," he told L’Equipe.
"There have been ups and downs this season with Chelsea. The main thing is to show your determination and your desire not to let go."
