Cape Town - Fernandinho and Aymeric Laporte are both set to miss Manchester City’s trip to Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.
Midfielder Fernandinho and defender Laporte are both believed to be nursing muscular injuries and the trip to the Vitality Stadium will come too soon for the pair.
Midfielder Fabian Delph (ankle) and keeper Claudio Bravo (Achilles) are also unavailable for the encounter against Eddie Howe’s side this weekend.
In more positive news, John Stones (groin) and Gabriel Jesus (hamstring) could both return for manager Pep Guardiola, as the pair have progressed well in their recoveries.
Benjamin Mendy did not play against West Ham last time out in the 1-0 win, but he could once again make the bench for the Cherries clash.
