Cape Town - Manchester United have revealed that defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has joined Championship outfit Wolves on loan for the rest of the season.
The talented 19-year-old, who graduated from the United academy, joins Benfica winger Ola John, who has also joined the club on a similar deal, after spending last term on loan with Reading.
Borthwick-Jackson made his debut for the Red Devils last season against West Brom in November and totaled 14 appearances before the end of the campaign.
He was a key member of Warren Joyce's Under-21 league winning team, and was voted the club's Under-21 Player of the Year in May.
Both Borthwick-Jackson and John have successfully completed their medicals and will be in contention for the club's League Cup tie with Cambridge United.
John, meanwhile, started his career in Holland with FC Twente before joining Benfica and a subsequent loan spell with Hamburg.
He was part of the side that won the league, the Super Cup and the League Cup where he scored the winner in the final.
He made 33 appearances for Reading last season, scoring four goals.
