Cape Town - Chelsea
goalkeeper Asmir Begovic has revealed that his future at the club will
only be decided at the end of the season, after their title chase is
over.
The Blues are on track to claim the Premier League title and also have the FA Cup final to look forward to.
Begovic has only made one Premier League appearance for Antonio Conte's side this season, and may look for more playing time elsewhere, but those talks are on hold for the moment.
"My future will be decided at the end of the season. We're preoccupied chasing two trophies, nothing else really matters besides that. Everything else will sort itself out," he told The O2.
"The feeling in the camp is very positive, we're excited about the position we're in," Begovic added. "We need one more win to be champions and it's a great feeling. Everyone is buzzing.
"I wouldn't say we're nervous. The guys are experienced and have been in this position before so from that standpoint I don't think anyone is nervous."
Chelsea next travel to The Hawthorns on Frida evening where they only need a win to clinch the Premier League title in Antonio Conte's first season as Manager.
Kick off is at 21:00.
