London - Arsenal's club record signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was thrown straight into Arsene Wenger's starting line-up for the visit of Everton on Saturday for his debut after sealing a £56 million move from Borussia Dortmund.
Aubameyang's involvement had been thrown into doubt after he missed training on Friday due to illness, but is named alongside former Dortmund team-mate Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Mesut Ozil in a new-look Arsenal front line.
Ozil also committed his future to Arsenal this week by signing a new three-year deal with the Gunners to end rampant speculation over the German's future.
However, Aubameyang's arrival means French international Alexandre Lacazette, signed for a then club record £46 million from Lyon in July, drops to the bench.
