Vidic to make Devils return?

Cape Town - Manchester United have reportedly reached an agreement to bring Nemanja Vidic back to the Theatre of Dreams.

The 33-year-old defender left Manchester United at the end of last season on a free transfer after the club decided not to offer the Serbian defender a new deal.

The Daily Star report that Vidic will rejoin the Old Trafford club after failing to impress at Serie A giants Inter Milan.

The British news source cite "fresh reports" that Louis van Gaal has held talks with Inter already.

Vidic spent nine seasons at Manchester United.
