Cape Town - Spanish club Atletico Madrid have approached Chelsea in
connection with a possible move for German international Andre Schurrle.
According to reports, the £18million Chelsea star has been the subject of many approaches lately, but it seems he would prefer to stay at the London club after stating that he hopes to replicate his success at the World Cup with Chelsea this season.
Jose Mourinho would also prefer to keep the versatile forward and instead sell other foreign players if need be, but with a number of similar players at the Bridge now it remains to be seen how much game time Schurrle will get.
