Cape Town – Paris Saint-Germain want Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria and they are willing to pay big money.

According to the Daily Mirror, the French giants are set to match the £59.7m the Red Devils signed from Real Madrid last year.

PSG were closely linked to landing Di Maria but the player opted to test himself at Old Trafford in a record breaking deal.

Reports suggest that PSG started renewing their interest in the player as his performances have been inconsistent and a risen fear that United will not make any profit if they were to sell the player.

The Red Devils manager Louis Van Gaal said he would not stand in the way of the 27-year-old if he wants to ply his trade elsewhere.

Meanwhile, Van Gaal could possibly use the money to expand his squad as it has been revealed that Valencia are keen on signing Juan Mata while Radamel Falcao is likely to return to Monaco as United do not look interested in making his loan move permanent.
