Cape Town - Jonathan Biabiany is being chased by English Premiership pair Southampton and Everton as both sides seek reinforcements ahead of the new season.
According to the Express, the former France Under-21 international is being sized up for a move to England.
Biabiany, who played a key role in Parma's resurgence last season, will cost around £6 million should either of the club make a bid.
After Parma rejected a lower offer from WBA, Biabiany may not want to pass up a move to either of the teams now chasing his signature.
Everton offers the player a chance to experience the UEFA Europa League as well as the opportunity to work under Roberto Martinez and alongside Romelu Lukaku, Leighton Baines and Gareth Barry while Southampton are seeking to increase their squad after seeing as many as six first team regulars depart in the current transfer window.
Biabany, now 26-years-old, made his professional debut for Inter Milan before joining Sampdoria.
Parma initially took Biabany on loan but decided to make the move permanent in 2012.
Biabany's current deal with Parma expires in 2018.
