Cape Town - Liverpool are apparently plotting a £4 million move for Mexican goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa from Malaga when the transfer window opens in January.
The 29-year-old had been linked with both Liverpool and Arsenal during the summer transfer window, but decided to make a free transfer to Spanish side Malaga instead. Now, just a couple months later, and without even having made an appearance for the club, Ochoa is said to be on the move again.
According to the Metro, Liverpool are looking to add to their goalkeeping options after a deal with Victor Valdes seems unlikely to materialise and with doubts continuing to surround first choice Simon Mignolet.
Liverpool will make the £4 million bid come the January transfer window.
