Cape Town - Manchester United will be offered the chance to cash in on ageing striker Robin Van Persie according to reports.
The Telegraph report that Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini wants to bring Robin Van Persie to the Serie A at the end of the season.
Roberto Mancini is a known admirer of the Dutch striker and will make a summer move for him according to the English newspaper.
Mancini failed to convince Van Persie to snub United whilst in charge of Manchester City and now must persuade the striker to leave Old Trafford and a potential £10 million loyalty bonus. Van Persie will reportedly earn £10 million if he stays at the club until 2016.
Manchester United have the option of making Radamel Falcao, who is three years Van Persie's junior, a permanent signing which could tempt the Red Devils board to accept an offer in the region of £10 million for Van Persie.
Van Persie scored 26 league goals when he made the £24 million move to Old Trafford but scored just 12 times in the league last season.
