Pardew chasing young striker

Cape Town - Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew wants to bring 20-year-old Argentina striker Luciano Vietto to St. James Park.

According to talkSPORT, Newcastle United will go head to head with Inter Milan in the race to sign the talented Villarreal striker.

Vietto has scored six goals in 17 appearances for Villarreal this season and has been scouted by a number of European clubs.

Leicester City are reportedly also eyeing a move for the youngster.

Despite only joining the La Liga club in August 2014, Vietto is now being strongly linked with a January move.
