Norway teen trains with Reds

Cape Town - Norway's talented 15-year-old midfielder, Martin Odegaard, spent time at Liverpool's Melwood training centre.

Martin Odegaard got the opportunity to impress Brendan Rodgers with a cameo training appearance with the club according to the Daily Mail.

The Norwegian star has already visited Manchester United and Real Madrid but on Thursday, the midfielder got to train with the club he supported as a child.

Odegaard's trip to show Liverpool, as both a town and a club, turned into a trial when the player was offered a chance to train with Rodgers' squad.  

Odegaard is the youngest player to play in a European Championship qualifier following his debut against Bulgaria as a 15-year-old.
