Man City's title hopes fade

Manchester - Manchester City's Premier League title hopes were dealt a blow on Sunday after Fulham rallied to a 1-1 draw.

Mario Balotelli put City in front with his ninth goal of the season in the 26th minute but Damien Duff equalized shortly after the interval at Eastlands.

Third-placed City now trails league leader and archrival Manchester United by 10 points, having played a game more.

City manager Roberto Mancini did not appear to look at Manchester City's coach Mark Hughes at the post-match handshake, leading to Hughes - fired as City manager 14 months ago - pulling his hand away.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
