Cape Town - Manchester City midfielder Frank Lampard scored twice as his team put seven goals past Sheffield Wednesday in last night's 7-0 Capital One Cup drubbing at the Etihad.
Lampard, who has played only a handful of games for City, is already receiving a heroic status among fans. So much so that one youngster risked getting caught by authorities just to meet his hero, claim a hug and snap an iconic selfie.
