Hazard confirms PSG stance

Cape Town - Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard has once again rejected suggestions that he could make a move to French giants Paris Saint-Germain.

The 23-year-old has been linked with the Parisians on several occasions, amidst suggestions that the Blues are preparing to offer him a new five-year contract worth around £200,000 a week.

However, Hazard has made it abundantly clear that while he does not believe PSG would be a step down, he has no desire to return to Ligue 1.

The former Lille star feels he has achieved everything he can in the French league and insists he feels good at Stamford Bridge.

"I've always been clear - I feel good at Chelsea," said Hazard.

"Every week I repeat the same on PSG.

"It's a big team, but an inferior league. I don't want to return to France, because I've won everything over there - the league title, cup, best player, best young player.

"I don't want to say PSG is a step backwards, but it would be returning to something I already know.

"I'm always in for new challenges. When I will leave Chelsea one day, it would be to discover something new."
