Barcelona want £8 million in any deal for a permanent move but allowing Song to leave on a free loan is attracting the trio of English clubs.
Tottenham are interested in Song as an alternative to Morgan Schneiderlin, who looks set to remain with Southampton.
Everton are keen on Song as they prepare for an assault on the Europa League while Manchester United may decided to move for the 26-year-old midfielder due to his good playing relationship with Robin Van Persie.
Song has also attracted interest from Turkey and Italy.
The Barcelona midfielder joined the club in 2012 for a fee of £15 million and he has gone on to make 65 appearances in two seasons with the Catalan giants.
