English Premiership Team of the Week 36:

1. Lukasz Fabianski (Swansea City) - I really wanted to choose David De Gea but the Swansea goalkeeper's Monday night performance was too good too ignore.

2. Patrick Van Aanholt (Sunderland) - Granted he is selected out of position in this team, the Sunderland defender deserves his call up for his part in the Black Cats win at Everton.

3. Aleksander Kolarov (Manchester City) - Given the freedom to roam the left hand flank, Kolarov was brilliant against a woeful QPR. Netted a lovely free kick too...

4. Chris Smalling (Manchester United) - Smalling has had an up and down season, on Saturday he was far more up than down - much to Louis van Gaal's relief.

5. John Terry (Chelsea) - I've run out of nice things to write about John Terry this season - the Chelsea skipper was in fine form against Liverpool.

6. Tom Cleverley (Aston Villa) - Tim Sherwood must be a brilliant manager if he can find the best out of Cleverley. Edged teammate Jack Grealish into the starting lineup in this week's team.

7. David Silva (Manchester City) - Granted QPR were dreadful, Silva was outstanding as he pulled the strings for City.

8. Ashley Young (Manchester United) - Never been my favourite player but Young was outstanding against Crystal Palace. Earned Mata's penalty and played the ball in for Fellaini's winner.

9. Riyad Mahrez (Leicester City) - The Algerian scored two goals and kept his team alive in the league in the process with an exceptional performance against Southampton.

10. Danny Ings (Burnley) - Burnley won away at Hull City but still got relegated despite his goal. Ings is set for bigger and better things next season and in fairness, he deserves it.

11. Sergio Aguero (Manchester City) - The best striker in the English Premier League. With no exceptions.
